While living in Cancun for months, I went to visit Playa Del Carmen .

Playa del Carmen is a coastal resort town in Mexico, along the Yucatán Peninsula’s Riviera Maya strip of Caribbean shoreline. In the state of Quintana Roo, it’s known for its palm-lined beaches, coral reefs and scuba diving.

The First time I went there for BPM , a huge, unique music festival! Kat and I, my co worker ran there soon after work.

I fell in love with that city as soon as I saw it . People that knew me told me that I was going to fall in love with it…they knew how much I was missing Puerto Vallarta and the lifestyle there.

Kat and I had so much fun at BPM 2015 ! We hang out with strangers, we met a lot of English people and we dance the night away.

Since it was night, I returned to Playa Del Carmen more then one time. I enjoyed to get lost in those little streets fulfilled of tourists and human attractions.

I listened to the bands along the streets, I watched people taking photos here and there while I was breathing that fresh air – so different than Cancun – and my mind was just dreaming about one day living in that little slice of heaven.

I used to call Playa Del Carmen. A little slice of Heavean, with small and big shops. I adored the huge Forever 21  and shopping in it even if that made the city less Mexican and more Americanized.

People were extremely nice, much more then in Cancun and more similar to the State of Jalisco.

The Beaches : they were clean and without Algies. The color was blue and green like the color. It looked like a perfect paint with the sun rays on it. Play was defiantly one of my favorite spots in the State of Quintana Roo.
